Support Policy

As part of the services provided by Blackstone, sponsors (and the members using their sponsorship) may have access to our support department.

This support is provided on a best effort basis with an internal escalation process.

Updates are made on an ongoing basis. Since the hostanote Builder is an online application there is no need to install any software to benefit from updates.
